Services

Farm to bag, under one roof.

Cultivation, warehouse intake, refining, cleaning, packing, and export. Dastchin Dane is a processing house for pistachio kernels.

Cultivation

01

Cultivation

Dastchin Dane is not a trading desk. We farm. Trees, season, and harvest sit at the start of the same company that later packs the nut for export.

Processing

02

Processing

From the warehouse the lot is refined: cracked, the shell set aside, the kernel taken forward. This is a processing house for the nut.

Cleaning & grading

03

Cleaning & grading

Cleaning and optical / mechanical sorting remove what does not belong. Grade is a factory decision here, not a promise written on a brochure.

Packing & export

04

Packing & export

We bag to spec and export. The last step is logistics — the first steps were orchard and warehouse. That is the point of a vertical house.

Sequence

How a lot moves.

  1. 01

    Orchard

We grow and tend our pistachio trees — the work begins in the soil, not in a catalogue.

  2. 02

    Harvest

Fruit is taken at the right moment, then moved quickly into our own warehouse.

  3. 03

    Warehouse

Lots are received, identified, and held under controlled conditions before processing.

  4. 04

    Refine

Shells come off. What we sell is the nut — the kernel — prepared for export grade.

  5. 05

    Clean

Kernels are cleaned, sorted, and graded so foreign matter and weak pieces do not travel.

  6. 06

    Pack

Bagged and cartoned to the spec the destination market actually needs.

  7. 07

    Export

Documented, palletised, and shipped to professional buyers — not a shop counter.
